​OCCRA Volunteer Wildlife C/T Waiver

Below is an example of the forms OCCRA will be submitting along with our “per-callout” reports. When writing mission reports/follow up, OCCRA volunteers should include this information to the best of their ability. The LOA allows OCCRA to C/T 10 animals per month, and ODFW/OCCRA will discuss renewing this LOA after April 30th, 2023.
