In the case that members are climbing a tree on my property - I will not hold them or the animals’ owner(s) (if different than LESSEE OR LANDOWNER) responsible for any damage done to the trees or any of the property within the boundaries of said lot. This is not a transfer of property rights.

The landowner may terminate this permission at any time before the rescue is attempted. If any property is borrowed such as ladders, etc, the owner will not hold OCCRA or its volunteers responsible for any damage to those items. Property owner will also not hold OCCRA or its volunteers responsible for any impact on utilities, or any damage to private property including landscape and structures.

I give permission to OCCRA to use pictures taken during this mission for future training purposes or media reports. I understand that my identity will not be shared unless I request or approve recognition. I understand if OCCRA captures an animal on my property, that I will adhere to the local regulations/statutes enforced by my local fish and wildlife department, or animal control or shelter for found animals.
